Dr. Becs Rogers
Program Manager

Dr. Becs Rogers holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy with specializations in intelligence policy and analysis, countering violent extremism (CVE), counterterrorism (CT), and global security. She has engaged in extensive research on the intersection between disinformation and radicalization, recently authoring a study examining the influence of social media on the development of transnational neo-Nazi ideology. Dr. Rogers has notable regional experience in Russian and Eastern European geopolitics, as well as an interdisciplinary focus on exercise design, security cooperation, and foreign policy - including serving as a Counterterrorism Fellow with Stanford’s US-Russia Forum and as a Young Professionals in Foreign Policy Fellow on a US-UAE cultural diplomatic exchange.
